I am currently boycotting my Torchwood flists on all my journals. This is not because I have anything against the fandom. It is because I am American. I don't get to see the New Season till July 20. Yes I know, there are ways to see it now. But truth be told there is really nothing else on over here besides Merlin and Royal Pains. So I don't WANT to spoil myslef. I'll just wait. For now. Well NBC has brought Merlin to the states. I watched two hours of it today. I must say I like it. Eve Myles played the villianess in the first episode, she did a fantastic job. I must say Gwen is NOT a strong or deep enough character for her. That is not Gwen bashing either its just a statement. I've heard tell that Eve Myles dosen't think she can sing, and others agree. Ummm yeah okay, then who was singing for her in this episode? Becasue if that was her, mi thinks the lady doth protest to much! As in move of John and Garth cause Eve could move some serious CDs.

As for the show it was good, by the end of the second episode I was happy to have something on TV I could watch again. Yes they've skewed the myth, you know what I don't care. Because the myths have been skewed upside down and sideways themeselves so many times that the experts argue over which is the original. Like say is morgana the evil queen, or the celtic goddess personified, is she Authur's sister, Merlin's protege, and evil plotter bent on destroying her brother's court-thank you Sir Thomas Malroy, Authur's lover, One of nine enchantress that helps Camelot and ultimately saves Authur, or a woman possibly a sorceress that posses healing abilites. I've heard them all it depends on the text you reference. So I am just as happy with this version.

I think Gwen and Merlin make the cutest couple. For some reason I like Morgana and Arthur together. Both Merlin and Arthur are good looking. Though I find Merlin has more ahhh cutness and Arthur has more sex appeal. I have seen 'Arthur' in something before I can't figure out what. It's going to bug me. I am going to have to google the character-to find out who the actor is and then google his credits I can see that.

I loved seeing Anthony Stewart Head play a darker character. I am not sure the king is a bad guy yet, but he is certainly shaping up to be that way.

Oh and Giaus I just like him. Also the Dragon. Looked good not dumb, surprising. I have something to watch this summer. Though how far I am going to fan out on it remains to be seen. There will probably be graphics though, because pretties to play with.

Has anyone seen this vid? It has got to be one of the most sexy, sensual music videos in a long time. The amazing plus? There is no nudity or sex in it! Well I guess you could stretch and infer they are in bed in the last clip but they both got their clothes on and you can't see a bed, so no. I don't think it counts. This video is great in my opinion. Just for that alone. Unfortunately, i don't care for the song. I just don' tl like her voice in this once for some reason, and I like Beyonce, but the video? I want, ear obsession, cause those have got to be sensative. I want telepathy, cause I always find that sexy. Maybe the partner teasing Spock on the bridge or something, with words or images, sensations that only he can feel at an inoppertune time. I want the other partner to be dominate. Say becasue he is not female. The partner has to prove that he can take spock, its a good way to get rid of the tendency to want to see him as an advisary or challenger.

Or in the case of Ronnon casue I can't see Ronnon being the dominate in that paring, switch it around. Which would be a good thing. Ronon is so used to being prey and no one wants him to feel that way on Atlantis that one one can see what he needs.

I want restraints, and signs of being a couple perhaps ownership after the Ponfarr is over. I want it to explore the concept of Touch Telepathy. I want it long and I want it set in ST: Redux Spock. Any of my other kinks from my list can be included as well.
